Sweet Red Bean Bread



Ingredientas :
300 gram high protein flour
70 gram caster sugar
5 gram instant dry yeast
1/4 tsp salt
100 ml water
50 gram butter
1 tin sweet red bean - drained
1 tsp bread improver
1 egg

Method :
1. Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl ( except butter )  and beat into dough.  Add
in butter  and continue  to  beat until smooth and elastic.  Cover  the  dough  with
damp towel and rest for 1 hour. Divide the dough into 8 portions, shape into balls
and rest for another 10 minutes.

2. Roll out to a rectangle and place red beans into the dough. Then roll up and
place into a prepared greased  baking  tin 4 x 8.  Put 4  portions  into each tin.
Cover with damp towel and leave to proof for  60  minutes  until  dauble in size.
Bake in a  preheated  oven at 180 C for 20 - 25 minutes. Serve fresh from the
oven  ( can  make into 2 loaves ).
