Ingredients :
2 tbsp oil
2 eggs
1 tbsp chopped shalot
1 tsp belacan powder
1 tbsp chopped red chili
2 bowls white rice
2 tbsp fried crispy dried shrimp
2 tbsp chopped spring onion
Seasoning :
2 tbsp lea & perrins worcestershire sauce
Salt to taste
Method :
Heat up oil, break in eggs and fry until aromatic. Remove. Add in chopped shallots
and saute until aromatic. Add in belacan powder, red chili and stir - fry until
fragrant. Add in white rice, seasoning and stir-fry until well mixed. Add in fried
dried shrimp, fried egg and stir well. Lastly add in chopped spring onion and stir
well. Dish up and serve hot.
